Can anyone use online bookings?
Yes, as long as you have a current Team Ipswich I-Card.
What is a Team Ipswich I-Card and where can I apply for one?
The Team Ipswich I-Cards offer great value monthly packages for use at our Sports Centres and Crown Pools or they can be used as a bookings card if you prefer to pay per visit. They also provide eligible users access to concessionary prices. You can find details on all pricing options on the Team Ipswich website.

Can I pay for my booking online?
We currently do not offer online payments. If you are not a monthly paying customer, please pay for your activity when you arrive. Please remember to cancel any unrequired bookings though whether you pay monthly or pay per visit.
I am a junior I-Card holder. Can I use online bookings?
Sure, you can book for activities that your junior membership type allows you to take part in. These are mainly junior clubs and PJ's (Profiles Junior sessions in the gym for 12-16 year olds).
You can also book badminton, squash and tennis courts but if you wish to play at or after 7.00pm, the booking must be made with an adult I-Card and the adult must also take part in the game.
Junior members can attend adult exercise classes when they reach 12 years of age but must book these via the Sports Centres.
As a parent, can I book junior activities on behalf of my children, using my adult I-Card?
Junior bookings must be made using the Junior I-Card of the member who will be taking part in the activity. This is to ensure that the junior price is automatically selected when paying for the activity.
Adult I-Cards will only allow you to view and book the activities that your membership type includes.
My surname or postcode are not being accepted when I attempt to login. Why is this?
This is most likely that we need to renew/update your details on our system. It takes just a couple of minutes so please call one of the centres or pop in and we'll be happy to help.
Why can't I see my I-Card number or surname/postcode as I type them on the login page?
This is a security measure. Asterisks replace the information you type in to prevent any misuse of the card by someone who is not the cardholder.
An error message tells me I have a debt. What is this for?
This is most likely because you have not attended an activity for which you have booked. If you failed to cancel this booking in line with our cancellation policy a debt will be incurred. Please call the centre to discuss with a staff member if this is not the case. The debt will have to be paid or cleared from the system, before you can make further bookings online.
How do I cancel a booking once I have submitted it?
Bookings cannot be cancelled online. Please contact your local centre to do this. Please remember that we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. This applies to monthly paying customers as well as pay per visit. So please remember to cancel any unrequired bookings whether you pay monthly or pay per visit.
Can I book online 24 hours a day?
Almost! The system is unavailable between 04:00-06:00am to allow us to back-up our database.
Is there a limit to the number of bookings I can make online per day?
You may make up to five bookings per day at each Sports Centre.
This restriction is for your protection should someone attempt to misuse your membership details.

How many days ahead can I book activities for?
Bookings can be made 7 days in advance, becoming available each day from 9:15am. The same rule applies with telephone and 'in-person' bookings.
The exception to this rule is for Saturday junior clubs/sessions at all centres, which can be booked from 8:00am online, 8:30am in person or 9:00am by telephone.
How many courts or class places can I book per timeslot per day?
You can book a single court or class per timeslot per I-Card number. If you have used up this allocation on online bookings, you are not permitted to make further bookings by telephone or in person.
How many successive courts can I book per day?
You can book up to two successive courts on any given day and only one of the trampolining sessions at Northgate per day. If you have used up this allocation on online bookings, you are not permitted to make further bookings by telephone or in person.
What is the latest I can book an activity, prior to its start time?
You can book up to fifteen minutes before the court or class time.
I want to book an activity that doesn't appear in the list of available activities. How do I do this?
Not all of our activities are available online. If the activity you require is not in the list, please contact your local centre.
Why does there appear to be limited courts and class places available on some activities?
We try to offer a fair balance between the amount of courts and classes available to book online with those available to book via the phone or in person.
Why are some timeslots blank?
Timeslots that are blank mean this activity doesn't take place at that time.
What days and times do the exercise classes take place?
A timetable and descriptions of each of the classes is available on the Team Ipswich website.
The activity I require is sold out. How can I check for further availability?
If an activity is sold out, try checking availability at an alternative venue. Many of our activities are available at more than one Sports Centre.

Can any I-Card holder book classes in the Profiles Fitness Suites?
Currently the only bookable sessions within Profiles are the Junior PJ sessions, for which you need a Junior I-Top Card. However you do need an induction before you can use the Profiles gyms.
What are the 'Basket' and the 'Checkout'?
The basket is designed to help you if you want to make more than one booking. You can add to the basket, whilst you make further selections.
Simply 'Proceed to checkout' once you have selected your bookings to complete the process.
How do I obtain a list of my future bookings?
The 'View future bookings' button provides you with a list of all your future bookings at any of the Sports Centres. These may have been booked online, in person or by telephone. Any bookings you are currently making will not show in this list until you have clicked on 'Submit booking' in the final stage of the booking process.
Can I print a confirmation of my booking to prove it has been made successfully?
If you wish, you can print a confirmation of your booking details by clicking on the 'Print confirmation' button on the last page of the booking process. You are not required to take this confirmation with you when you take part in your activity.
How do I log out of online bookings?
Please click on the 'Log out' button at any time to return to the login screen.
